A nice hotel with clean and modern rooms. For a one night stay it was perfect. No noise so had a good nights sleep. Staff were attentive and friendly, cant fault them. Its about a 10-15 minute walk to Southern Cross Station but there is a tram service available on Flinders St if you prefer to catch a tram. I have been coming to Rendezvous Melbourne for years because it has the best service and nothing has changed. Exquisite 19th century building, beautifully appointed rooms and 24 hour convenience. A wonderful hotel I’ve stayed at many times and if rooms are available it’s my first choice when visiting Melbourne in the city. The 1920’s style architecture is beautiful in every part of the hotel and superbly maintained. The bigger rooms are great with their tall windows and 20 ft ceilings.
